Battery Safe Australia products include a 24-month warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

What is covered

Manufacturing defects, faulty parts, or defects in materials.

What is not covered

Misuse, damage, incorrect storage, unauthorised modification, environmental exposure, normal wear and tear, or use/discharge of the extinguisher.

How to make a claim

Email hello@batterysafeaustralia.com.au with your order number, clear photos, and a short description of the issue. Or contact us via our contact form.

For warranty claims, please include your order number and photos so we can review the issue quickly.

This 24-month warranty is in addition to, and does not limit or exclude, any rights or remedies available under the Australian Consumer Law.
